<p><strong>Job Requirements :</strong><br />
- Degree in Psychology<br />
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in Human Resources<br />
- High degree of self-initiative<br />
- Well organized and able to prioritize various topics<br />
- Detailed and careful working attitude<br />
- Customer Focused &#8211; Strong service mentality to serve our customers<br />
- Strong character, multitasking person and able to work under pressure<br />
- Having vision to develop organization and intention to develop continuous improvement<br />
- Able to negotiate and discuss critical HR topics with Management<br />
- Able to communicate on all hierarchy levels</p>
<p><strong>Job Responsibilities :</strong><br />
- Handle recruitment process and administrative tasks required<br />
- Responsible for management of contracts and ensure internal compliance with regards to the procurement of services<br />
- Provide guidance for orientation of new staff<br />
- Provide support for implementation of employee relation; personnel issues/activities; correspondence; general office and administrative tasks<br />
- Work in various projects related to Human Capital Development<br />
- Provide support for design of course materials for training, preparation and facilitation of training courses, performing miscellaneous duties related to training and development<br />
-  Facilitate communication and cooperation among units and human resources</p>

- Propose new learning &amp; development interventions to achieve Dexa’s business objectives<br />
