Job Title: Sales Support Manager
Responsibilities of this role include
- Provide specific support to the sales and retail organization
- Develop the service channel as an ancillary sales channel
- Development and implementation of both B2C and B2B service products
- Represent in cross functional retention programs
- Able to develop project management (systems roll-out and management)
- Develop and implement awareness program
- On-line support
Deliverables
- Feedbacks from all sales channels
- Direct Sales through the service channel network
- Sales & development of consumer focused service products through retail and channels
- Sales & development of business focused service products to corporate customers
- Handle retention activities
- Implementation of related projects
Individual Portfolio
- Typically 4-6 years relevant experience – at least 3 years
- Experience in customer service and sales operation
- Bachelor/Master Degree from reputable university
