Job Title : Plant Manager
Job Requirements :
- Holds Bachelor degree with min. 3 years work experience as Plant Manager in Manufacture company.
- Minimum 30 years of age
- Experienced in whole Plant/ Factory process (General Affair, Production, industrial relationship, ect)
- Must have the ability to interact in office and field environments
- Strong leadership & interpersonal skills, analytical, honest, hardworking and pro-active
- Mature and assertive personality
- High level of accountability and responsibility, able to work under minimum supervision and under pressure
- Preferably living in around Depok or South Jakarta.
