Job Position : Marketing Manager
Job Requirements :
- S1 Degree From Any Discipline
- 10-15 Years Experience in Marketing Management and preferably from Tiles industries
- Strong communication skills spoken & Written (English compulsory) and Mandarin is a plus
- Possess strong Analytical skills;
- Proved successful record in Good and strong education background, People Management skills: Training programs and Team building
- Driving people for results through Motivation, Rewards & punishments
- Willing to work in the tough environment (result oriented)
Job Description
- Deliver the sales, profit, share and brand health objectives for the year by creating strong advertising and promotional programs that generate business growth while strengthening tiles brand equity.
- Develop a strong brand management team by coaching, teaching and guiding the brand managers reporting to him/her.
- Establish and coordinate the marketing objectives, policies and program within the context of the overall corporate plan and, where appropriate, recommend standards and set targets and quotas.
- Prepare or arrange for the preparation of budgets, reports and forecasts and ensure they are presented in a timely manner to the Marketing Director. Allocate A&D resources across brands. Manage BP for the current year.
- Direct the preparation of operational matters including market research, advertising, and promotion, distribution, pricing and selling.
- Direct and control marketing by planning and running advertising campaigns and promotional activities, product management, market analysis and research.
- Build a strong team by motivating and inspiring the organization into working together to achieve the strategic plan.
