Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor Degree or higher in any major
- Max. age 40 year-old
- Experience in Professional Residence Life/Housing
- Minimum with 3 years experience in related field
- Minimum with 5 years experience in the managerial level
- Expert in a higher education institution
- Experience in counseling and mentoring program activities
- Both Self-motivated and a Team Player
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Good analytical & conceptual skills, creative and innovative
- Computer proficiency and familiar with the internet
- Good communication skills
- Willing to work on Saturdays
Job Responsibilities :
- Facilitate and ensure positive community ambience in BINUS Square – Hall of Residence
- Achieve and ensure comfortable, educational and diverse community that emphasize on academic focus, personal growth, and social responsibility
- Establish student and community development, integrate academic and co-curricular of students through interactions and educational programming
- Provide challenge and support for students as residents in the areas of academic and personal growth
