Job Requirements
- Education Background : S1 degree majoring in Business industry (Management preferred)
- Has experience of at least 2 to 4 years working experiences as Export shipping documents staff
- Good Communication skills (ability to build communication to all level of people)
- Good in English correspondence
- Good Administrative Skill
- Good Personal Adaptability

General Descriptions
- Prepare shipment schedule and plan for the following week
- Arranging shipping schedule with shipping lines and forwarding agents
- Arranging product stuffing with EMKL (in land trucking company)
- Notify customers on shipment schedule
- Documents needed depends on the Country regulation
- Co-ordinate with shipping lines and forwarding agents after shipment for documents
- Email and send the documents to Customers
- Weekly and monthly report on the sales to Accounting and Export Manager
- Report on the export expenses
