Job Title : Collection Manager
Job Objective :
Managing the collections process to achieve the necessary budget. Create systems, maintain and enforce company rules and regulations.
Job Responsibilities :
- Achieving of monthly Membership Dues budgets in all.
- Creating effective management and the results of Head Office Collection Team.
- Daily Collections Call to clubs to discuss daily activity and Collections.
- Analyse and update reports
- Monthly Performance Management Action Plan to improve Collections each month.
- Conduct regular through Audits on Collections activity.
- Maintain a Hot List of potential Collection Agents.
- Brainstorm new Collection techniques on a regular basis
- Regular training with collections employees
- Ensure Budgets are “sold” to all Teams
- Follow strict Time Management procedures.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in related fields
- Having two years successful experiences in managing Collection team from Financial services or Banking industries
- Having experiences in handling direct collection activities
- Strong analytical thinking in creating collection strategies
- Customer service oriented and Outstanding managerial skill
- Detail oriented and able to meet time crunches with no loss of enthusiasm
- Oustanding in motivating and convincing people
- Able to communicate in English both in Oral and written
