Job Title : Software Project Manager

Responsibilities:
- Act as Huawei’s central contact point on site for the all project matter;
- Overall in charge of all design activities of the project;
- Manage Huawei’s project teams to deliver the project according to plan, specification and with high quality standard;
- Monitor the progress of the project to ensure the completion is according to the agreed schedule.
- Co-ordinate project progress review meetings on system design & delivery, project schedule, resources and quality assurance;
- Report the project progress to all involved parties periodically and on time.

Requirements:
- Over 5+ years experience in Telecom Industry and 3+ years experience in implementing Large Scale Telecom Projects
- Be aware of fundamental knowledge about contract, sub-contracting, purchase, business, logistics, financing etc
- PMP (Project Management Professional) Certificate holder desirable
- Good presentation, communication and negotiation skills in English with all levels of customers and internal departments of Huawei
- The knowledge about Telecom Operational Support System, Billing System, Value-added Services is highly desirable
- The skill of teamwork and organization is required
- Be compliant to frequent trip in different country like Malaysia, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Singapore, and Australia if project delivery needed. Staying one country stably if wanted is possible
- Good communication in Mandarin (Optional)

- Developing the sales forecast for each of the channels, and its regular reporting system
- Working and coordinate internally with the related divisions in the executions or in order to improve the sales performance of the data service
- Managing team through coaching, counseling, control & monitoring team performance
- Developing sales force and creating success planning
